Role Overview :
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Embedded / Hardware Engineers to work on real-time embedded projects involving hardware design, testing, and system-level development.

Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Analog and digital circuit design fundamentals.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze schematics and component datasheets.
- Experience in power supply design including LDOs, DC-DC converters, and basic SMPS.
- Knowledge of signal conditioning circuits, ADC/DAC interfacing, and Analog front-end design.
- Practical experience with communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, USB, RS232/RS485, CAN, Ethernet, 4–20 mA / HART, Bluetooth, GSM/GPRS, and GPS.
- Hands-on experience using lab instruments including Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Multimeter, Power Analyzer, and JTAG/ICE debugger.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and OrCAD Capture.
- Understanding of multi-layer PCB layout concepts, stack-up planning, grounding, and EMI/EMC considerations.
- Experience in board bring-up, hardware debugging, and system-level troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of protection circuits including ESD, surge protection, TVS, reverse polarity, and isolation techniques.
- Exposure to industrial product development, DFM/DFT practices, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document new firmware from initial requirements through prototyping to production release.
- Maintain and enhance existing firmware designs, including developing new product variants to add features and address component end-of-life (EOL) and BOM updates.
- Design and develop embedded firmware for microcontroller- and CPU-based products.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce time-to-market.
- Perform functional analysis, debugging, and performance profiling in test environments and on target systems.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, testing, and production teams.
- Guide and mentor team members, lead assigned projects, and ensure timely delivery as per defined milestones.
Key Skills Required
- Basic programming knowledge in C (C++ is an advantage)
- Ability to create algorithms, flowcharts, data structure manipulation & optimized code
- Basic knowledge of 8051, ARM, PIC, STM32 or similar microcontroller architectures
- Basic understanding of analog/digital hardware & peripheral interfaces
- Knowledge of lab tools: Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, JTAG/ICE Debuggers, Protocol Analyzers
- Basic understanding of communication & networking protocols
- Ability to read schematics and component datasheets
- Knowledge of lab tools: Power Meter, Network Analyzers (adequate level)
- Ability to read electrical & timing parameters from datasheets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
- Understanding of individual component behavior & system-level interaction
